A fully integrated, open planned kitchen with fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave leads to a dining and lounge area from where you can walk onto a patio with wooden table and chairs.

The lounge and dining area have an oak beamed ceiling and a log burning stove. As with Hopetown cottage the furniture and settees are supplied by Laura Ashley. The master bedroom with its king size bed shares a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom with a single bedroom.

A cloakroom and toilet are also downstairs. Climb the stairs to the ‘secret’ loft room, to find an open planned twin bedded room with sitting area and shower room. This room has limited head room but is ideal for children and anyone not over 6’ tall. Our small guests particularly love this room. Heating is by radiator in all rooms and bathrooms.
